What is Web Wallet?

The Web Wallet acts as provisional storage for claiming and collecting NFTs. It is a quick and easy-to-use web-based platform for users that do not have a blockchain wallet yet. It currently supports ERC-1155 Ethereum Mainnet, JumpNet, and Efinity NFTs under file formats JPG, PNG, GIF, and MP4.

With your Web Wallet, you will be able to claim your collectables simply and quickly!

Creating a Web Wallet

Creating a Web Wallet can be done in two different ways.

Web Wallet creation via landing page

Upon clicking the Create Web Wallet button from wallet.enjin.io, agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the Web Wallet.

Input a password and confirm this by retyping the same characters in the Confirm Password field. Afterwards, tap the Create button.

Note: You may opt to add your email address to receive newsletters from the Enjin team.

After hitting the Create button, your Web Wallet should successfully load and appear on your screen.

Web Wallet creation via claim page

After scanning the QR code, click on the Create Wallet & Claim Reward button.

Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the Web Wallet.

Input a password and confirm this by retyping the same characters in the Confirm Password field. Afterwards, tap the Create button.

Note: You may opt to add your email address to receive newsletters from the Enjin team.

Your Web Wallet is successfully created once you have reached the Claim your reward page wherein you may proceed to claim your first NFT. Tap on the Claim button to continue.

Claiming NFTs on your Web Wallet

Claiming NFTs on your Web Wallet is fast and straightforward. As you have reached the Claim your reward page and is able to tap on the Claim button, you will be prompted that your reward will arrive momentarily. Clicking the Okay button will route you to your Web Wallet's main page where the reward shall appear.

Once NFT is credited successfully to your Web Wallet, you can view the complete asset details of your reward. On this example, you will be able to find the received date, blockchain type, total supply, supply type, and token ID of your reward. Note that details may vary from one asset to another depending on the particulars set by the asset creator and the blockchain network where the NFT is minted.

1. How do I see my NFTs? You can see all of your NFTs in your Web Wallet's main page.
   
   
2. How do I Migrate my Web Wallet to the Enjin Wallet app? You can migrate your Web Wallet by following this guide here.
   
   
3. What happens if I lose access to my Web Wallet? If you lose access to your Web Wallet, do not worry. As long as you have your 12-word recover phrase from your Web Wallet, you can always import your wallet whenever to see your NFTs. You can learn more here, about how to find your 12 words.
   
   
4. What happens if I clear my cookies or site data? If you happen to clear your browser cookies and/or site data, you will risk losing access to your Web Wallet. We recommend backing up your wallet before doing this, so you never lose access to your NFTs.
