Obtaining Metamask Wallet Recovery Phrase
First you will need to obtain the 12-word Recovery Phrase of your Metamask Wallet.
If you already have your Metamask Recovery Phrase, skip to the Import Metamask Wallet to Enjin Wallet section.
Recovery Phrase on Metamask Browser Extension
- Launch your browser and navigate to the Metamask extension.
- Click the account identicon (the image representing your wallet).
- Click on Settings → Security & Privacy → Reveal Secret Recovery Phrase.
- Enter the password for your Metamask Wallet and click Next.
- You should now see your Metamask Wallet's 12-word Recovery Phrase. Save it (preferably on paper) as you will need it for the next step: Import Metamask Wallet to Enjin Wallet.
Recovery Phrase on Metamask Wallet App
- Launch the Metamask mobile app.
- Click on the Hamburger Menu icon on the top left.
- Click on Settings → Security & Privacy → Reveal Secret Recovery Phrase.
- Enter the password for your Metamask Wallet and click Next.
- Click and hold the Hold to Reveal SRP button.
- You should now see the 12-word Recovery Phrase of your Metamask Wallet, save it (preferably on paper) as you will need it for the next step: Import Metamask Wallet to Enjin Wallet.
Import Metamask Wallet to Enjin Wallet
Now that you have your Metamask Wallet Recovery Phrase, it’s time to import it to Enjin Wallet app.
Importing on a newly installed Enjin Wallet app
If you already have a wallet set-up, please skip to the Importing additional wallet section.

When you install the Enjin Wallet app, you will be given the option to create or import a wallet. To begin the import process, tap Import Wallet. Then, read and agree to the Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy.

Create a new password for your wallet. Once you've created a new password, make sure to keep it secure and written down on paper only in case you need it later.

Enter your 12-word Recovery Phrase.

You will now be presented with the blockchains that were automatically added to your new wallet. if you are satisfied with the list of blockchains & addresses added, click the Next button. if you want to add more blockchains or addresses, click the Add Blockchain or Add Address buttons accordingly. In this guide, we will be adding the JumpNet (Ethereum) blockchain as an example.

Select the Blockchain that you wish to add

Select the Addresses that you wish to add and click the Add Addresses button
Note: Metamask Wallet follows the same BIP-44 derivation path as Enjin Wallet (m/44'/60'/0'/0). If it is not set to 44'/60'/0'/0 by default, enter it manually in the Derivation Path field.

Once you’re satisfied with the list of blockchains & addresses, click the Next button.
Importing additional wallet

Click on the Wallet tab in the bottom left corner and then click on the Settings button. (⚙️ gear icon).

Click on the Wallets button.

Click on the Add Wallet button.

Click on the Import Wallet button.

Name your wallet.

Enter your 12-word Recovery Phrase.

You will now be presented with the blockchains that were automatically added to your new wallet.
