Learn how to reset quickly your Enjin Platform account password.

If you've lost or forgotten your Enjin Platform account password, you can reset it via the Platform login page, cloud.enjin.io.

Click the "Forgot your password?" link.

You will then be asked to enter the email address associated with your Enjin Platform account.

Further instructions to reset your password will be sent to you via email.

If the correct email address was provided, you will receive a password reset email. By clicking the "Reset Password" button, you will be redirected to a page where you can select a new password for your account.

Note: If you're having trouble clicking the "Reset Password" button in the email, you will also receive a URL which you can copy/paste into your browser.
