This article will guide you on how to list assets for sale at a fixed price on NFT.io.

1. Connect your wallet to NFT.io then hover your mouse on your PFP on the upper right corner and select "My Items".

2. After clicking on My Items, you will immediately be redirected to your Owned NFTs.

3. Hover over the asset that you wish to sell and click the List for Sale button.

4. Once you've clicked List for Sale. You will need to fill up a few fields:

• Your Methods: This refers to how you wish to sell your asset. Choose Fixed Price if you are selling it for a set amount. Choose Auction if you wish to sell your asset to the highest bidder.
• Price Per Item: Set the amount you wish to sell your asset for

Note: You will need to take into account of the following when setting your price:

• Creator's Royalty: Royalties are set by the creator of the NFT collection. This varies per collection.
• Network Fee: 2.5% is applied to all NFT checkouts. This fee is charged by the network and is used for price discovery and ensuring liquidity for NFT trading.
   
   

Take note that when selling tokens with multiple quantity, you also have the option to include multiple copies of an asset in a single fixed-priced listing by adjusting the Quantity.

4. After clicking Sell Item, a pop-up window will appear showing the Listing Deposit, Transaction fee, and Total. Click on Confirm Transaction to proceed.

An approval request will then be sent to the wallet connected to NFT.io. Make sure to double-check the wallet that's interacting with NFT.io and sign the transaction.

6. After signing the transaction on your Enjin Wallet App, a pop-up will appear at the bottom of your screen on NFT.io saying Listing in progress. Once it says Success, your asset would already be listed on the NFT marketplace.
