Eyeing an NFT that is not currently listed on the marketplace?

Great news! Users can now try Offers, a new feature on NFT.io.

A marketplace offer lets users indicate their interest in buying a specific NFT, regardless of its sale status, by proactively proposing a purchase price.

Make an Offer

1. Connect your wallet to NFT.io and navigate to the asset for which you'd like to make an offer. Use the Search function to find assets, collections, profiles, or wallet addresses.

   
2. On on the asset's page, click the Make Offer button.
   
3. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to set your Offer Amount and Expiration date. If the asset is an NFT of multiple quantity, you'll also see a Quantity option. When you're satisfied with the details, click Make Offer.
   
4. A transaction summary will appear, detailing the Offer Deposit, Transaction Fee, and Total. Please take note that Offer Deposit is refunded upon successful sale or offer cancellation. Confirm the transaction to proceed.
   
5. Approve or sign the transaction using the same method you used to connect your wallet to NFT.io (e.g., Wallet Connect).
   
   

   You will see this processing message once the transaction is signed.

   
6. Congratulations, your offer has been sent successfully! Close the window and check your Notifications. The asset page will also refresh to display your offer.
   

Remove an Offer

Users also have the option to cancel an offer, should they decide to do so.

1. To view active offers, hover your cursor over your avatar in the upper-right corner and select Profile.
   
   
   
2. Click on the Offers tab.
   
3. This tab displays two types of offers:
   Buy - Offers you've made to purchase an NFT.
   Sell - Offers made on NFTs you own.
   Ensure the Buy type is selected, then click Remove next to the offer you wish to cancel. To cancel all offers, click the three-dot menu and select Cancel all offers.
   
4. Confirm the cancellation.
   
   
   
5. A transaction summary will appear, detailing the Transaction Fee and Total. Confirm the transaction to proceed.
   
   
   
6. Approve or sign the transaction using the same method you used to connect your wallet to NFT.io (e.g., Wallet Connect).
   
   You will see this processing message once the transaction is signed.
   
   
   
7. Your offer has been successfully cancelled! Close the window and check your Notifications. The cancelled offer will no longer appear on the Offers page.
   

Accept an Offer

As the owner of the NFT, you have the liberty to accept an offer if you believe the proposed price accurately reflects the value of your NFT.

1. To view active offers, hover your cursor over your avatar in the upper-right corner and select Profile.
   
   
   
2. Click on the Offers tab.
   
3. Ensure the Sell type is selected, then click Accept.
   
4. Confirm your acceptance.
   
5. A transaction summary will appear, detailing the 'Transaction Fee' and 'Total'. Confirm the transaction to proceed.
   
   
   
6. Approve or sign the transaction using the same method you used to connect your wallet to NFT.io (e.g., Wallet Connect).
   
   You will see this processing message once the transaction is signed.
   
   
   
7. The offer has been successfully accepted! Close the window and check your Notifications. The NFT has been transferred to the buyer.
   

Counter an Offer

Owners of the NFT, who have received offers, have the ability to counter these offers.

1. To view active offers, hover your cursor over your avatar in the upper-right corner and select Profile.
   
2. Click on the Offers tab.
   
3. Ensure the Sell type is selected, then click the three-dot menu on the right-hand side and select Counter.
   
   
   
4. A pop-up will appear where you can set a counter Offer Amount. Once satisfied with your counteroffer, click Place Counter Offer.
   
   
   
5. Approve or sign the transaction using the same method you used to connect your wallet to NFT.io (e.g., Wallet Connect).
   
   You will see this processing message once the transaction is signed.
   
6. Your counter offer has been successfully sent! Close the window and check your Notifications.
   
   You should now see your counter offer on the Offers page and the asset view page.

Remove a Counter Offer

The owner of an NFT has the option to withdraw a counter offer, particularly if it was made in error or if they decide to rescind it for any other reason.

1. To view active offers, hover your cursor over your avatar in the upper-right corner and select Profile.
   
2. Click the Offers tab.
   
3. Ensure the Sell type is selected. Then, click the three-dot menu on the right-hand side and select View Counters.
   
   
4. Click Remove.
   
5. Confirm the removal.
   
6. A transaction summary will appear, detailing the Transaction Fee and Total. Confirm the transaction to proceed.
   
7. Approve or sign the transaction using the same method you used to connect your wallet to NFT.io (e.g., Wallet Connect).
   
   You will see this processing message once the transaction is signed.
   
8. Your counter offer has been successfully removed!
   
   The Offers page should refresh automatically, and the Counter button should appear instead in the three-dot menu on the right-hand side, indicating that there is currently no counter offer.
   

Counter a Counter Offer

Keep in mind that a counter offer from the owner of the NFT isn't the final price. You can continue to negotiate by countering their counter offer.

1. To view active offers, hover your cursor over your avatar in the upper-right corner and select Profile.
   
2. Click the Offers tab.
   
3. Ensure the Buy type is selected. Then, click the three-dot menu on the right-hand side and select View Counters.
   
4. Click View Counters.
   
5. Choose Counter next to the counter offer you want to negotiate.
   
6. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to set your counter Counter Offer Amount. Once satisfied with your counter offer, click Place Counter Offer.
   
7. A transaction summary will appear, detailing the Transaction Fee and Total. Confirm the transaction to proceed.
   
8. Approve or sign the transaction using the same method you used to connect your wallet to NFT.io (e.g., Wallet Connect).
   
   You will see this processing message once the transaction is signed.
   
9. Congratulations, your counter offer has been successfully placed! Close the window and check your Notifications.
   

Reject a Counter Offer

As a potential NFT buyer, you can reject a counter offer from the owner of the NFT.

1. To view active offers, hover your cursor over your avatar in the upper-right corner and select Profile.
   
   
   
2. Click the Offers tab.
   
3. Ensure the Buy type is selected. Then, click the three-dot menu on the right-hand side and select View Counters.
   
4. Click the three-dot menu again to view the other available options, then select Reject for the counter offer you want to reject.
   
   
5. Confirm the rejection.
   
6. A transaction summary will appear, detailing the Transaction Fee and Total. Confirm the transaction to proceed.
   
7. Approve or sign the transaction using the same method you used to connect your wallet to NFT.io (e.g., Wallet Connect).
   
   You will see this processing message once the transaction is signed.
   
8. The counter offer has been successfully rejected and will no longer appear on the Offers page. The Offers page should refresh automatically, and the View Counters button should disappear from the three-dot menu.
   
   

Accept a Counter Offer

As an NFT owner, you can accept a counter offer that satisfies your expectations.

1. To view active offers, hover your cursor over your avatar in the upper-right corner and select Profile.
   
2. Click the Offers tab.
   
3. Ensure the Buy type is selected. Then, click the three-dot menu on the right-hand side and select View Counters.
   
4. Click the Accept button next to the counter offer you wish to accept.
   
5. Confirm your acceptance.
   
6. A transaction summary will appear, detailing the Transaction Fee and Total. Confirm the transaction to proceed.
   
7. Approve or sign the transaction using the same method you used to connect your wallet to NFT.io (e.g., Wallet Connect).
   
   You will see this processing message once the transaction is signed.
   
8. Congratulations, the counter offer has been successfully accepted! Close the window and check your Notifications. You should now see the asset in your wallet.
