To ensure the highest standards of authenticity, safety, and legal compliance on NFT.io, we are applying more stringent requirements for both Profile Verification and Collection Verification. These enhancements align with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, reflecting industry best practices.

Current Verification Criteria

These are the current criteria in place for each type of verification:

Collection Verification Criteria

• Unique & Original Theme: Evidence that the collection concept is novel and created by the applicant.
• IP Compliance: No plagiarized or unlicensed assets.
• Complete Metadata: Accurate titles, descriptions, and relevant tags.
• Assets & Branding: Collection image and banner must be uploaded and high quality.
• Stylistic Consistency: NFTs should share a coherent artistic style or theme.
• Community Presence: Demonstrable engagement on social media, Discord, or an official website.
• Clean Reputation: No involvement in scams, phishing, wash‑trading, or other deceptive behavior.
• Terms Compliance: No illegal, violent, hateful, or misleading content.
• Meaningful Standing: Recognized and valued by community members.

Profile Verification Criteria

• Profile & Banner Images: Relevant, original profile picture and appropriate banner.
• Informative Bio: Clear, accurate self‑description without misleading claims.
• On‑Chain Activity: Consistent minting, trading, or holding NFTs; minimum 90 days active.
• Public Identity: Verified website or social media matching the account owner.
• Clean Record: No impersonation, copyright infringement, or suspicious on‑chain behavior.
• Community Recognition: Prominent or trusted member of the Enjin ecosystem.

How to Apply for Collection Verification

1. Connect your wallet on NFT.io.
2. Go to Settings → Account Support.
3. Under Collection Verification, click Contact Us.
4. You will be redirected to a form. Complete the application form with all requested details, including your name and links to social media accounts or official websites. We handle this personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Monitor your email inbox for follow‑up requests or final decision.
