You will need the correct wallet address to receive a coin, token, or NFT. This guide explains how to locate your Enjin Wallet address and how to copy it for use when receiving assets.
Finding Your Enjin Wallet Address
In this example, the Enjin Matrixchain wallet address is used. The same steps apply to the Enjin Relaychain and to other supported coins and tokens within the Enjin Wallet.
It may be helpful to note the address formats:
Enjin Matrixchain wallet addresses start with "ef"
Enjin Relaychain wallet addresses start with "en"
- Open the Enjin Wallet app and tap Wallet from the bottom menu.
-
From the list of available wallets, locate the Enjin Matrixchain address. Tap the three-dot menu on the right side of that wallet entry.
- A set of options will appear, including the ability to copy, rename, or remove the wallet. Select Copy to copy the wallet address, which can then be pasted wherever it is required.
Important Reminder
Different coins, tokens, and NFTs may exist on different blockchains. Always confirm that the correct blockchain and wallet address are selected before receiving assets. Sending funds to an address on the wrong blockchain may result in permanent loss.

When trying to open my wallet, I read 'you must update' - and when pressing the button for updating, nothing happens but the repeated demand for 'update'. what now?
Update your wallet app directly from the App Store (Android, iOS).
