Important: Please make sure that you have your 12-word Recovery Phrase ready. Without your recovery phrase, you will not be able to setup a new password.
If you have forgotten your Enjin Wallet Password, you will need to clear your app data from your phone. You can do this by deleting the app and then reinstalling it from the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store.
Note: An email address is not required to set-up a new password for your wallet. If you're looking to reset your Enjin Platform account, learn more here.
Step 1
After reinstalling, open the Enjin Wallet app and select the Import Wallet option.
Step 2
Nominate a password (minimum of 6 alphanumeric characters) that you will need to confirm afterwards.
Note: It would be best to write down or save your password for future reference.
Step 3
After setting up your password, type your 12-word recover phrase correctly and in order.
Step 4
If you have successfully imported your 12-word recovery phrase, you should be able to see your created addresses supported on the Enjin Wallet App in the following screen. You may add addition blockchains on the list as you see fit.
Click Import Wallet to confirm and enter the Enjin Wallet App.
Note: If the generated addresses are different from before, please check on your 12-word recovery phrase and try inputting this again.
Note: If you have forgotten or lost both your password AND Recovery Phrase, it will not be possible to recover your Enjin Wallet.
