Transactions aren’t always approved immediately. If you’ve sent funds to your Enjin Wallet but don’t see them yet, it may be because the transaction is still waiting for confirmation on the blockchain.
You can track the status of any transaction using a blockchain explorer.
How to Track Your Transaction
There are two ways to check your transaction status:
Using the Explorer Link Button (Recommended)
Open the Enjin Wallet and go to Transaction History.
Locate the transaction you want to check.
Tap the Explorer Link button (next to the Copy button).
A blockchain explorer will open in your browser and display the transaction details.
Manually Copying the Transaction Hash
Open the Enjin Wallet and go to Transaction History.
Locate the transaction you want to check.
Tap the Copy button to copy the transaction ID (hash).
Open the corresponding blockchain explorer (see table below).
Paste the transaction ID into the search bar to check its status.
If Your Transaction Cannot Be Found
If the explorer doesn’t show your transaction, it means the blockchain has not yet processed it. Possible reasons include:
Network congestion – Heavy activity on the blockchain may delay confirmation.
Transaction issue – The transaction may not have been submitted correctly.
🔍 Double-check that the transaction was sent using the correct blockchain standard (e.g., ERC-20 for Ethereum).

Pending Transactions
If your transaction is listed as pending, it simply needs to be verified and confirmed by the network. Once confirmed, the funds will appear in your Enjin Wallet.
You can also track transactions by searching for your wallet address in the relevant blockchain explorer.
