Enjin Beam is a QR code–powered NFT distribution service designed to help creators, projects, and businesses expand and engage with their audience.
With Beam, NFTs can be shared through a simple scan—making distribution easy, accessible, and user-friendly for both crypto natives and newcomers.
ℹ️ Beam is a self-hosted add-on to the Enjin Platform. For a managed service, see Enjin Beam on NFT.io.
What Enjin Beam Allows You to Do
Create and generate QR codes in a few simple steps.
Mass-distribute NFTs as scannable QR codes.
Reach wider audiences by making NFT claims accessible to anyone, even those unfamiliar with blockchain.
Types of Beams
Single-use QRs
Each QR code corresponds to one individual asset.
A unique QR code is generated for each asset you want to distribute.
-
Once a single-use QR code is scanned and the asset is claimed, it is considered depleted and cannot be scanned again.
(Example: A batch of 100 multitokens requires 100 unique QR codes.)
Multi-use QRs
A single QR code can distribute multiple assets.
Ideal for campaigns where many users will scan the same QR code.
Multi-use Beams support different distribution models:
Different asset types, singular quantity – Each user receives a different asset.
Singular asset type, multiple quantities – Each user receives the same asset.
Multiple asset types, multiple quantities – Users receive assets based on availability.
The probability of receiving a specific asset depends on its quantity in the Beam. Scarcer assets are less likely to be received.
User Journey
-
Scan the QR code with the Enjin Wallet app.
If not installed, users can download it from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
-
Optional: Quick Wallets can be enabled to let users claim without installing the app.
